Recommended for Ages 9-12
Monday–Friday | July 20–24 and July 27–31
Virtual Camp at Bayou Bend brings adventures in art, history, and gardening. This week-long, at-home camp is free with advance registration.
Campers engage in close study of objects and art, while learning how to be historians and storytellers. Activities include topics like pottery, memory games, photography, needlepoint and music.
Two Monday–Friday options are available: July 20–24 and July 27–31, with morning sessions at 10 a.m. and afternoon sessions at 2 p.m. Each activity lasts between 30 minutes and an hour, and ends with a project to either begin or complete at home. The second week is an encore of the first, allowing you to sign up when it’s most convenient. Or, if you’re able to attend only part of the first week, you can make up any sessions you missed during the second week.
Some costs apply for supplies, which need to be obtained independently.
