CSD Summer Programs

We offer two camps: Camp Cupcake for 4-6 year olds and Samson Cooking for Kids ages 7-11.

In both camps, campers learn basic kitchen techniques, tools, and recipes.

In Camp Cupcake, which we offer since 2014, we bake a variety of sweets. Cream puffs, meringues, and more! We decorate the cupcakes of our wildest imagination using frosting, fondant, and sprinkles. We also make “cupcakes” using a variety of other mediums as well, including paint and paper. Campers receive a signature Camp Cupcake apron and recipe box. Class takes place two hours a day for one week; size is limited to four (4) students. Offered in June or July session. This camp is delicious!

Samson Cooking School for Kids introduces camps to basic cooking techniques, tools, and recipes.

We’ll make everything from breakfast to salads, from main courses to desserts. Home-made pasta, peach cobbler, potatoes au gratin, scones and more! Every student goes home with a Samson Cooking School apron and recipe book. Class takes place two hours a day for one week; size is limited to four (4) students. Offered in June or July sessions. Your child will savor this camp!
