How to Make Cotton Ball Ghosties

Here’s a simple Halloween craft by HappyHooligans for the kiddies called Cotton Ball Ghosties.  All you need is chalk, black construction paper and some cotton balls. 

1. Draw an outline of a ghost
2. Cover the ghosts with glue
3. Stretch and pull apart cotton-balls and fill in your ghost.  The thinner and wispier you can get your cotton, the better.
