About Cane Rosso
Cane Rosso serves authentic Neapolitan-style pizza prepared with fresh, never-frozen dough made in-house every day, sauce made from hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes, and mozzarella pulled fresh in-house daily. Cane Rosso pizzas are thin-crust, and are crafted using only the highest quality ingredients available. The pizzas are fired in custom built wood-fired ovens from Italy that reach 900 degrees and cook pizzas in less than 90 seconds for a delicate and light, slightly charred dough. Cane Rosso offers a selection of pastas, salads, sandwiches, desserts and a full bar with specialty cocktails. Each Cane Rosso offers signature favorites along with menus items crafted just for that location. Cane Rosso has locations in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and Frisco, as well as three Cow Tipping Creameries in Austin, Dallas, and Frisco.
