No public parking at Memorial Park: Park & Ride FREE on the BCAF Shuttle! New and improved comfort shuttle service from NW Mall and Downtown Theater District. Parking at Northwest Mall is FREE. Parking at the Downtown Theater District parking lot will be at their standard rate.
