Katz is passionate about sharing her love of meditation and mindfulness with her students in a down-to-earth and authentic way. After Katz embarked on her spiritual journey in 2012, she noticed she had lower stress levels, less anxiety, more patience, and was more present in all areas of her life. Katz gives all her tips in her eBook, which aims to help mothers who feel like their lives are “hot messes” by teaching them ways to live lives full of gratitude, calm, and joy.
