The 100 acre waterfront property is the envy of Texas, making it the perfect place for for swimming, sailing, kayaking, “globbing,” or learning to water ski behind one of our 5 Ski Nautiques. Camp Champions is a co-educational sleepaway camp which offers one, two and three week sessions- or a combination of several.  The camp has long been devoted to growing champions, and encouraging young leaders.

A tradition of excellence since 1967, fantastic activities, and best-trained counselors are a few of the reasons that Camp Champions is consistently ranked among the top camps in the country, but what really sets our camp apart is the intentional community we create year after year.

Founded by sports legends, including Darrell Royal, the camp is now much more than a sports camp, providing a wide variety of activities and focusing on the Youth Development aspects of camp. Camp Champions expects their campers to pursue big dreams, to serve others, to make a difference in the world around them.

Their motto? “We know that every one of our campers has what it takes-we just try to bring out the champion that’s already in each one of them!”

There’s a camp for every kid, every budget, and every schedule! These free events are a great way to discover a variety of day camps, overnight camps & plenty of other summer options. Families will receive a bagful of information and have the chance to meet dozens of camps to find the perfect one. Type of camps include academic, adventure, sports, technology, theater & more! Choose from half-day, full-day, out-of-town, etc. There is no charge to attend. Children and adults are welcome.
