Every year in February, the Assistance League of Houston has an art show featuring Texas artists. The show is featured in the Williams Tower Gallery and will run from January 17, 2013 to February 22, 2013.
A Call for Entry will be posted at www.callforentry.org<https://www.callforentry.org> beginning September 1, 2012. The League awards $7000 in cash prices and is judged by a noted juror. Last year the juror was Robin Clark, Curator, Museum of Contemporary Art in San Diego.
CALL FOR ENTRY Assistance League of Houston Celebrates Texas Art 2013 Entry date – September 1, 2012 – October 31, 2012 Open to artists residing in Texas Cash awards as follows: $4000 First Place, $2000 Second Place, $1000 Third Place Entry Fee: $15.00. Image Fee $15.00 per image over minimum Exhibition Opening and Award Presentations – January 17. 2013. Exhibition ends February 22, 2013.
