Usually photographers are asking families to create unrealistic and/or unfamiliar moments in familiar settings. Examples might be a family of 5 dressed in their Sunday best posing in their spotless living rooms. A kitchen scene where a parent is teaching their kids how to make a family recipe that has been passed down for buy xeloda. How about those family on a lawn photos, smiling in bed sets or better yet, those happy grocery shopping pics?
Brilliant photographer Danielle Guenther created a photo collection called “Best Case Scenario” where she asked parents to recreate moments that most families are more used to experiencing.
“We decided to do a funny imperfect image,” Guenther said to Mashable. While many family portraits are the product of hours of grooming and posing children so they look just right, Guenther’s series reflects a more truthful — if slightly exaggerated — side of being a parent.”
“It’s okay to laugh at stressful moments you have as a parent, we’ve all been there,” she says.
Yes we have!
