Police in New York and a few others cities are urging parents to limit how much information they give about their families via stickers on the back of their cars and mini-vans. It’s common for parents to place stickers showing their kid’s schools and sports organizations and many will also have those popular stick figure stickers that shows how many members are in a family.
Police say the stickers can make people a target for criminals as they reveal too much information about family members.
