Our son, Auguste Majkowski, was born deaf. A few months back we flew all the way from Montreal to Los Angeles where he underwent brain surgery (May 6th) to receive an Auditory Brainstem Implant (ABI). His device was initially activated on June 12th of 2014. One month and a half post activation, here he is, hearing music for the very first time, dancing along side his dad, Christophe Majkowski. We never thought the first song he would hear was Ma Baker by Bonnie M but we’re not complaining… This moment was absolutely amazing for all of us! Check out his reaction… he’s so happy to hear!!!!!
