Champagne Sunrise

Ingredients

  • 1 oz london dry gin
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • .5 oz white simple syrup
  • .5 oz Creme de Cassis

Directions

  1. Shake the gin, orange juice and simple syrup and pour into flute.
  2. Pour in the .5 oz Creme de Cassis. It will float to the bottom because it’s a heavier liquor.

Note
This drink is perfect as a single cocktail or made in a beautiful punch bowl with sliced lemons!
