Want your artwork featured on Google…and a college scholarship?
The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=deCOJt_x3b8, along with Google announced its 2019 Doodle 4 Google contest where students have the chance to win a $30,000 college scholarship and a $50,000 technology grant for his or her school as well as having their artwork featured on Google. To make this year’s contest even more special, Jimmy Fallon and Kermit the Frog, will go through all the submissions with 2018 National Teacher of the Year, Mandy Manning.
This year’s contest theme is “When I Grow Up, I Hope…” which invites K-12 students to use their wildest (or practical) imagination and enter their artwork — submissions are open until 3/18.
In addition to this year’s contest, last year’s winning Doodle design by 1st grader Sarah Gomez-Laneby is now featured on the Google homepage. https://www.google.com/
