For 30+ years, I’ve been dipping circle shaped chocolate chip cookies into small glasses of milk just to make dipping easier. The problem is I would like to use a taller glass but I can’t because my hand with a half-eaten cookie doesn’t fit in a tall glass of milk that’s almost empty. Then somebody told me “why don’t you just cut the cookies into strips.” I thought about it, got happy and then felt pretty dumb. Then they said “or just make cookie strips or bake the cookies in a pan and cut longer strips so you can use an even taller glass.” I thought about it, go happy and then started cooking some chocolate chip cookie strips.
