After making headlines in People Magazine with the birth of her daughter, actress/musician Jen Lilley makes her highly anticipated return to television with a starring role in Hallmark’s holiday film ANGEL FALLS: A NOVEL HOLIDAY, premiering Friday, December 13 at 9/8c.
Premiering during Hallmark Channel’s Miracles of Christmas, ANGEL FALLS: A NOVEL HOLIDAY tells the story of Hannah, a book editor that must work with former rival Ryan to help a potential new writer find her way. With a touch of classic Hallmark magic, ANGEL FALLS: A NOVEL HOLIDAY is sure to go down as one of this seasons most memorable feel-good Christmas films.
While balancing a thriving career in Hollywood and three young children, Jen created a collection of soon-to-be-classic songs inspired by her love of 1960s girl groups that will have a whole new generation singing along–think Amy Winehouse meets Lily Allen. The upcoming full length album is produced by famed producer Adrian Gurvitz (Whitney Houston, Stevie Wonder), with string arrangements by the legendary Rosie Danvers and her 50 piece orchestra (Adele, Kanye West), along with Eric Wortham on keys (Adele), Peter Randall on Bass (Adele), Dean Parker on guitar (Diana Ross), and Greg Bassinett on drums (Ringo Starr).
In addition to inspiring others around the world to foster children, Jen was awarded the National Educators Award for her tireless work in Guatemala advocating children’s rights and actively supporting foundations that protect children against physical and sexual abuse, human trafficking, and the world water crisis. Jen puts her own money where her mouth is, with all music sales being donated to various philanthropic organizations. She is also a celebrity ambassador for the child abuse prevention and treatment organizations Childhelp, ECPAT, and The Dave Thomas Foundation.
