It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas this weekend for Houston-area Dewberry Farm! On December 7th, the 2017 Country Christmas Festival kicks off as the Choose-n-Cut tree farm winds down after Sunday.
If you’re looking for an incredible experience away from the hustle and bustle of the City, grab the family and head to Brookshire, Texas, this weekend. Dewberry Farm will be transformed into a whimsical Christmas Village, with twinkling lights, garland, ribbons and tinsel.
It’s free to look for your own tree as you take a wagon ride or ride on the Dewville Express Train to the “Christmas Forest” on the back 40 acres. Cut your tree (they furnish the saw), or they’ll cut it for you. Ride back to Santa’s Workshop for tree baling. Trees are priced from $25-$250 by type and height.
As night falls, you can hop on a wagon for a merry ride across the prairie to see the magic of over one million lights set to music at Dewberry Farms’ Trail of Lights! Shop at the Country Store! Visit Santa and a Giant Snow Globe for photo ops. Indulge in sweet treats and Christmas goodies!
Enjoy 30+ attractions … including the Dewville Express Train, all included in the price of admission which is $13.95 online – this weekend only. The following weekends, the online ticket price goes up five bucks. And if you just show up, a ticket at the gate will run $24.95 per person.

WINNER SELECTION
. A winner will be chosen each day at random.
The winners will be reached via Facebook messenger and has 24 hours to reply confirmation. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor), that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.
