We’re based in Southern California, and our support team can be reached Monday – Friday via our toll-free number with real-life employees who are ready to help you with any questions or concerns you might encounter (we don’t believe in email only). We stand by everything we manufacture, with a lifetime warranty on the frame of the rideables, and 6-month warranty on electrical components and motor.
